This release introduces a redesigned Checklists module, making it easier to manage onboarding, offboarding, and other repeatable HR processes.

Prepare reusable templates, coordinate tasks and responsibilities across teams, and automate checklist creation through HR Workflows.

✨ Better control over your processes

Required tasks determine when a checklist is completed and can be used to unlock subsequent steps in sequential checklists. Task durations make templates reusable by calculating actual deadlines when the checklist starts.

✨ Collaboration and visibility

Managers can follow the progress of checklists for their teams, while users can find tasks assigned to them in My Tasks.

Tasks can have multiple assignees and include discussions, attachments, and activity history, keeping collaboration in one place.

✨ AI and HR Workflows

Sloneek AI can help create complete checklist templates and suggest additional tasks.

With the Setup checklist action in HR Workflows, checklists can also be automatically created and started as part of processes such as onboarding or offboarding.

✨ Other updates

• Goals: Goals can now be displayed on a timeline or in a tree structure.
• Attendance: Activities now display their own name instead of just the activity type. The work fund is also recalculated when the employment type changes during the month.
• Assets: Records can now be filtered by custom fields.
• ATS: Authors can edit their previously saved candidate notes.
• Onboarding: Package recipients can be filtered by completion status. Sent packages can no longer be edited afterwards.
• Dashboard: Wiki pages are once again accessible directly from the dashboard.
• Birthdays: Administrators now receive a reminder on the employee's birthday as well.

🔧 Fixes

We fixed several issues affecting the dashboard, ATS notes, and onboarding package loading.

We also adjusted the way eNPS results are displayed — they are now shown as a score instead of a percentage.
