In this release we introduce a completely redesigned Goals module, bringing goals and subgoals together in one unified experience.
The new module makes it easier to create, organize, track, and update goals across your organization. It also introduces improved check-ups, clearer ownership and visibility settings, powerful filtering, and a dedicated My Goals workspace.
Existing OKR and KPI data is migrated into the new Goals module, so teams can continue working with their goals in the updated experience.

✨ What’s new
A clearer Goals overview
The redesigned overview lets you filter, sort, group, export, and manage multiple goals from one place. Goals can be organized by level, owner, observer, due date, and other relevant criteria.
Redesigned goal detail and creation
New creation flows guide users through setting up goals and subgoals, including owners, visibility, metrics, due dates, and check-up frequency.
The redesigned detail page brings progress, metrics, subgoals, activity, attachments, and available actions together in one place.
My Goals
The new My Goals page gives users quick access to goals they own, created, or follow as observers.
Regular check-ups
Scheduled check-ups appear in My Tasks, helping goal owners keep progress, metrics, and statuses up to date. Reminders and notifications ensure important updates are not missed.
Flexible settings and permissions
Administrators can configure default check-up frequency, visibility, and creation rights. Editing, moving, duplicating, and deleting goals respects each user’s role and permissions.
Goals can also be created directly from Performance Evaluation, making it easier to turn evaluation outcomes into trackable objectives.
✨ Improvements
Better support for multiple owners and observers
Goals with multiple owners or observers now provide clearer information in lists and details, including convenient hover previews.
Improved numerical metrics
Numerical goal metrics now include better validation, translations, units, and current-value handling, making progress updates clearer and more reliable.
Attachments in Goals
Files can now be added to Goals, with support for common formats including JPG images.
Improved Goals overview
Table interactions, grouped item counts, collapsible sections, column behavior, and row states have been refined for a smoother navigation experience.
More consistent bulk actions and permissions
Bulk updates, copying, and other goal actions now handle selected items and user permissions more consistently.
✨ Other improvements
Improved automatic emails in ATS
Automatic emails sent to candidates now correctly include all hiring managers assigned to the job position, together with their names and contact details.
Rich-text formatting for ATS thank-you messages
Thank-you messages for candidates can now be created using a rich-text editor. The selected formatting is also displayed correctly to candidates.
🛠Bug fixes
- When a user is moved to a team that is no longer included in a document’s audience, they are now correctly removed from the recipient and signing lists and will no longer receive signing reminders.
