Release log 3.50 (25 May 2026)

This release brings meaningful improvements to two areas with immediate value for everyday work: Sloneek Intelligence and Custom Reports.

Sloneek Intelligence 2.0 introduces a redesigned AI experience with a new side panel, smoother navigation between views, and a prompts library that helps users get started faster. At the same time, Custom Reports v1.1 expands reporting access and adds new report types that make it easier for users and managers to work with attendance and working-time data.

We’ve also included a few practical improvements in Surveys, Document Templates, and Attendance Terminal.

🚀 Sloneek Intelligence 2.0

Sloneek Intelligence 2.0 brings a major upgrade to the overall AI experience in the app. The new release focuses on easier access, smoother navigation, and a more intuitive chat experience that fits naturally into daily work.

We've introduced our own Sloneek MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. To put it simply for everyone non-technical: you can now control and operate Sloneek directly from ChatGPT.

Yes, just open the GPT you use every day and imagine this scenario:

You: "Hey, whose contract is about to finish next month?"

GPT: "Based on the information in Sloneek, these 3 users will finish their contracts next month: John Doe, Peter Poe and Karin Jones. Would you like to extend any of them for another year?”

You: "Yeah, but only for Peter and Karin, John is leaving us."

GPT: "Sure, I've extended the contract by one year for Peter Poe and Karin Jones. Anything else I can help you with?"

Please note: MCP capabilities fully correspond with the Sloneek Intelligence capabilities. Right now, there are 5 agents available in Sloneek Intelligence: User agent, Absence agent, Activity Agent, Document agent and Compensation agent. See more inspiration on what you can do in this article.

What’s new in practice

• A more reliable foundation for everyday use
  Thanks to its new architecture, Sloneek Intelligence is more reliable and better equipped to handle larger and more complex operations. This creates a stronger foundation for smoother everyday use and the future development of AI features.

• AI always within reach
  Sloneek Intelligence is now available in a new toggleable side panel docked on the right side of the app. This makes it much easier to access AI support without leaving the page you’re currently working on.

• Flexible panel and full-screen work
  Users can now switch more naturally between the compact side panel and the full-page Sloneek Intelligence view, depending on whether they need a quick answer or more space for a longer conversation.

• Redesigned chat experience
  The chat interface has been visually refreshed to make the whole interaction cleaner, clearer, and more comfortable to use.

• Prompts library for faster start
  A new prompts library helps users discover suggested prompts and insert them directly into the chat. This makes it easier to get value from Sloneek Intelligence even when users are not sure how to phrase their request.

Custom Reports v1.1

Custom Reports v1.1 makes reporting more accessible and more practical for everyday use. The main focus of this release is broader access to reporting, support for future-dated records, and new ready-made report templates.

What’s new in practice

• Reports now available to more roles
  Custom Reports are now accessible to users and managers, not just HR admins. Users can work with their own data, while managers can also access reporting for their team members based on permissions.

• Role-based visibility of report data
  The new setup ensures that access stays aligned with user roles, so each person only sees the data they are allowed to work with.

• Reporting into the future
  Reports can now include future date ranges, which is especially useful in situations where teams need to prepare ahead or work with upcoming records.

• New report templates
  This release adds several new ready-made templates that bring practical value right away. These templates make it easier to track time, analyze activities, and prepare standard working-time overviews without building reports from scratch.

Other improvements

This release also includes a few additional improvements across other parts of the platform.

• Document Templates

Creating documents from templates is now more reliable thanks to earlier validation of missing profile fields. The system now warns users and makes the issue easier to fix.

• Surveys

Survey deadlines are now easier to work with thanks to a refreshed deadline experience, including a clearer date picker and the option to extend deadlines after reminders have already been sent.

• Attendance Terminal

Attendance Terminal now supports alphanumeric badge values, improving compatibility in environments where RFID or badge identifiers include both letters and numbers.
