Release log 3.52 (27 July 2026)

Version 3.52 brings a range of improvements across the platform, with a focus on Workflows, Reporting, 360° Reviews, ATS, and Documents. This release introduces new automation capabilities, improves analytics and filtering, enhances the document experience, and delivers several usability improvements and bug fixes to make everyday work even smoother.

✨ What's new

• Assign employee tags through Workflows

You can now assign one or more tags to an employee through a workflow action without overwriting existing tags, making employee automation even more flexible.

• Filter users by position

The user grid can now be filtered by Position, making it easier to find the right employees.

• Filter report lists

Reports now support list filtering, helping you quickly locate the reports you need.

• Enhanced 360° Review analytics

360° Reviews now allow you to search review results and view analytics either in a combined overview or team-by-team, making it easier to evaluate feedback across your organization.

• More file formats for ATS CV uploads

ATS now supports uploading candidate CVs in DOCX, JPEG, and PNG formats during both candidate creation and candidate detail editing.

✨ Improvements

• Better document management experience

Working with documents is now easier thanks to improved user identification, with email addresses displayed alongside user names. Tag selection is now searchable, and the document template editor can be expanded to fullscreen for a more comfortable editing experience.

• Improved dashboard and Attendance layouts

Dashboard and Attendance layouts have been refined with better spacing and improved image sizing on larger screens.

• Improved ATS candidate creation

The phone number prefix selector is now more visible when creating candidates in ATS.

🛠 Bug fixes

We've fixed several issues to improve stability and consistency across the platform:

• Duplicated workflows now correctly preserve their sequences.
• Notifications are no longer sent from disabled holding entities.
• Signature requests are no longer sent to inactive users.
• ATS phone number fields now use the correct default country code.
• Salary ranges in ATS no longer display null when the maximum value is missing.
• Employee UUID can now be selected in custom reports and displayed as copy or view-profile links.
• Teams and Locations now correctly support multi-select.
