This release brings new Dashboard 2.0 and improvements in reliability across attendance and absence workflows.
We’ve refined dashboard-related behavior, including activity and absence flows, widgets, settings, and On your plate actions. We also fixed several attendance and absence issues to keep records more accurate, approvals cleaner, and validation stronger around public holidays, absences, and out-of-work time.
🚀 Dashboard 2.0
Dashboard 2.0 is not just a visual redesign. It introduces a more personalized and action-oriented dashboard experience. The goal is simple: help users quickly understand what requires their attention today, while giving HR admins and owners more control over what is displayed across the organization.
✨ Key benefits
- Users can customize their dashboard to better fit their daily work (please note that some dashboard areas and widgets may depend on role-specific visibility and admin configuration).
- HR admins can define mandatory widgets that should stay visible.
- Empty or irrelevant widgets no longer clutter the dashboard.
- Important tasks and approvals are surfaced in one central place via On your plate.
- Managers get a clearer overview of team attendance.
🚀 Attendance 2.2
Attendance 2.2 is bringing one of the most requested enhancements - a complete attendance approval workflow. Alongside this new functionality, we've introduced several usability improvements to make attendance management more intuitive, improved visibility for HR administrators, and delivered a number of fixes to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience across the module.
✨ What's new:
Attendance approvals are now available
Attendance change requests can now be reviewed and approved directly from the new Approvals section.
Clearer absence display
In Attendance overview, you can now see the type and duration of absences in the right side bar.
Edit open attendance records
Open attendance records can now be edited without first entering an end time, making it easier to correct attendance while a shift is still in progress.
Better support for absences with automatic breaks
You can now create full-day and half-day absences even if an automatic break is configured on the same day.
Improved filtering and refreshed UX
Filtering has been enhanced: you can now search by team name, and users are listed in alphabetical order for easier navigation. We've also introduced several UX improvements across Attendance to deliver a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
