360 Analytics Tab for Better Insights 

A brand-new section for 360 review analytics is now available, offering deeper insights into the feedback provided by your team. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of the data, its analysis, and the next action steps.

The analytics can be filtered by specific teams or locations, and you can easily download the graphs—for example, to include them in a presentation for the board!

Improvements

ATS Module Enhancements:

• Job offer duplication – You can now duplicate a job post with a single click. If you're hiring for the same position multiple times, there’s no need to start from scratch.

• Archived job offer details – You now have access to candidate information even from archived job offers.

Survey Enhancements:

• Survey filtering – We've added full-text filtering, status filtering, and a default sorting option by "Start Date" so the most recent surveys appear at the top.

Minor Bug Fixes

Last but not least, we’ve resolved various bugs in the application—thanks for reporting them! 👍
