Each user learns about the assignment of a document to be signed/approved either from an email notification or directly in the application in ME section / My Documents tab.
Moving to the section My documents will take you directly to all your documents. If there are any to be Signed or Read, you will see it in the Status column. Just click on the 'Sign' button or open the document by clicking on its name.
If the document requires a signature, you can either sign it by writing your signature in the Signature field and then just clicking in 'Sign' button. However, you have an option to 'Reject' the document by click on the red 'Reject' button. Once you click on it, you will be also able to type in the reason for rejection.
Immediately after signing, you will be able to download a copy of the document by clicking on the three dots next to the document and then pressing the 'Download' option. Alternatively, you will have all documents stored in My documents section and you will be able to find them there.
