  • How do I switch from trial to paid version?

    Sloneek offers you a standard 14-day trial, during which you can click through and try the app. 

    If you decide to continue with us, upgrading to the paid version is really easy. Before your trial expires, you just enter your card into the app (under Settings / Invoices & Billing) and fill in your billing information.

    Then, on the first day after your trial expires, the system will automatically charge your card for the first billing period for the month ahead. For more information on payments, please see this article.

    If you have an agreement with us for semi-annual or annual billing, you do not enter your card into the system. We will just send you an invoice in advance to your contact email.
