  • Who receives what notifications in the ATS module?

    Find out who gets what notifications in the recruitment process.

    New job offer is ready to be approved:

    approver, in-app, email (not available yet)

    Job offer has been approved:

    creator of job offer, in-app, email

    Job offer has been not approved:

    creator of job offer, in-app, email

    New candidate has applied:

    creator of job offer, in-app, email

    Candidate has left a message:

    Admin has contacted a candidate:

    Note: The creator of a job offer can be the account owner, an administrator, or an ATS manager.

     

  • How to migrate data from the old ATS to the new one?

    In order to make the transition from the original ATS 1.0 to ATS 2.0 as easy as possible, we have prepared a simple manual to guide you through the data migration. You can find it here.

    TIP: It is recommended to start the migration process once you have closed all ongoing recruitments. At the same time, don't wait too long, we will disconnect the old ATS on July 31.
