  • How to enter Attendance 2.0

    You can record Attendance 2.0 in Sloneek in three ways:

    1. Via the Sloneek web interface by clicking 'Clock-in' on the main dashboard. You will follow the same process when recording a break or clocking out of work.

    1. Via the mobile app in the Sloneek app on your phone.
    2. Via a hardware terminal using a card, chip, or terminal tablet, if your company tracks attendance this way.

    In the 'Attendance' section, you can view your own attendance.

    Attendance in a detail

    The attendance dashboard provides a color-coded overview of all events for the selected month, broken down by individual days. Simply hover over a specific day and color to see what type of event it represents and the time range during which it occurred.

    Each attendance day is bounded by the working hours defined in your work contract. This makes it easy to see whether attendance exceeded the working hours or, conversely, whether the required working time was not completed on a given day.

    n the right-hand side panel, you can view both the details of a specific day and an overview of the entire month. The overview shows the following:

    • the daily target you are expected to work

    • the total time worked

    • your balance as of that day

    • the time spent on breaks for that day

    • the absences recorded for that day

    • options to edit or delete individual segments or add new ones

    • a warning if a mandatory break is missing in the attendance

    • the monthly overview then provides totals and the balance for the entire month

    Adding and Editing Attendance

    Important! You can add or edit attendance segments only if this functionality has been enabled for you by your employer.

    To add missing attendance, click + Add segment. Select the segment type (work, lunch break, etc.) and add it to the attendance record. Any edit or newly added segment is always sent to your manager for approval.
