WHERE CAN I FIND ABSENCE BALANCES?

Absence balances are available at REPORTS / ABSENCE for all basic user roles USER, MANAGER, ADMIN .

USER (ordinary user / employee) sees only his/her absence events and related information.

MANAGER sees not only his/her events, but also events belonging to all subordinates to whom he/she approves absence events within the structure.

ADMIN sees all absence events and all related information.

Additional roles such as vacation_writer do not affect data display rules.
The data is displayed for the period specified in the filter header.

Report ABSENCE EVENTS displays a list and status of all absence events requested by the user.


Report SUMMARY OF ABSENCES displays a list and status of drawing absence events in the selected time period.
