Another way is to enter a ticket.

You can find the Support section under this link or in the upper right menu of the application :

Here you have an overview of open tickets, you can open any and add a comment to it, which will be immediately sent to our support. Or you can click on the button to create a new ticket.

A new window will open in which you can carefully describe your request or problem.

Our support will respond to you as soon as possible. You will find the answer in your e-mail and in the application.

After clicking on the button in the email, you will get directly to your ticket, where you can read our statement and possibly add another comment.
