MENTIONS IN EVENTS AND HOW TO USE THEM

You can use the @ symbol to "mention" another user in the app (or simply "mention") in the post you're writing. This allows you to invite him/her to take action without, for example, writing an email.

In all events that we record in Sloneek's calendars (absences, attendance, planning), it is possible to use mentions in event messages .

Typically, it is a confirmation, request or check of the attached document. After entering the mention, the notification will be sent by email. You can mention more colleagues at once - simply use space to add more @.

Any user can let anyone (not just their manager) within the company know that their attention or activity is required. It can be a confirmation, request or check of an attachment.
To add attachments to the event, click the file icon next to the compose field



After entering the mention, a notification will be sent to the "mentioned" user. He/she can then respond to the given mention directly from the email by clicking on the button that takes him/her to the application.

If you need to mention more colleagues, simply separate the mentions with space.
