LICENCE PAYMENT FAILED

The "License Payment Failed" email notification comes when your bank declines your card payment. This mostly happens in 2 cases:

the payment exceed the set (usually monthly) limit for card payments / there are not enough funds on the card
the bank requires "3D" verification again.

The second case, i.e. the requirement for payment verification, is in most cases related to the cyber-security rules of banks. It is essentially a random selection of cases.

How to proceed with the solution?

Jděte do Nastavení / Základní nastavení / Licence a moduly a v záložce FAKTURY ověřte platbu.
Go to Settings / Basic Settings / Licenses and Modules and under the bookmark INVOICES verify the payment.
